A female cleaning team, based in Abu Dhabi

Who we are

MK Shine Cleaning Services is a home and villa cleaning service with an experienced female team. We clean family villas and apartments week after week, prepare homes before guests arrive, and take on one-off deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans and upholstery care.

Where we work

We are based in Madinat Al Riyad (near RD3), Abu Dhabi and clean in 14 areas across Abu Dhabi, in 3 travel zones. Nearby areas have no travel fee; further areas have one flat fee per visit, never per cleaner. See every area and its fee.

How we work

• Every booking is made on WhatsApp or by phone, in Arabic or English.
• You get a written quote and an agreed task list before anything is booked.
• Hourly visits start at 2 hours, with a lower rate for weekly visits.
• You pay after the clean, in cash or by bank transfer.
• If an agreed task was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we put it right.

Why villas are planned differently

Most of our work is in family villas: several floors, a separate majlis, children's rooms and a kitchen in daily use. That is why we size the team to the house and write the task list down, instead of sending one cleaner to do whatever fits in the time.

Why a female team

Our cleaners are experienced women. Many families in Abu Dhabi are more comfortable with women working in the house while they are at home, in bedrooms and family rooms as well as the majlis.

What to expect on a visit

• An arrival window agreed when you book, and a message in advance if anything changes.
• The team works through the task list you agreed, in the order you asked for.
• Rooms you mark as off limits stay closed, and items you ask us not to move stay where they are.
• Cleaning materials are brought if you booked them; otherwise the team uses yours.
• On regular bookings, the same cleaner comes back whenever the rota allows.

What we do not do

• We do not take payment in advance or by card online. You pay after the job.
• We do not publish star ratings or reviews we cannot show came from real customers.
• Services we arrange with partners, such as pest control or water tanks, are never presented as our own: the provider is confirmed before you book.
• We do not change the price after you confirm the written quote.

What we clean

23 services, from villa cleaning and hourly housekeeping to deep cleaning, sofa, carpet and mattress cleaning. Some specialist services are delivered by partners we arrange, and we always tell you who before you book. See all services.
