An apartment visit follows the same checklist each time, so you always know what has been done. These are the parts of the home it usually includes.
Living room
Sofas straightened, surfaces and shelves dusted, and the floor vacuumed or mopped, including under the coffee table and along the edges.
Bathroom
The same order every visit: toilet, basin, shower or bath, mirror, then the floor. Having it written down means nothing is skipped when you are not at home.
Balcony
Dust settles fast on Abu Dhabi balconies. The floor can be swept and the railing and outdoor furniture wiped as part of the same visit.
