How can we help?
Quick answers about booking, prices, changes and problems. Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp.
Booking
Send us a message on WhatsApp or call +971 58 268 9250. Tell us your area, the size of your home, the service and your preferred day. We reply with a written quote, and nothing is booked until you confirm it.
Not on this website. Every booking is made on WhatsApp or by phone, so a person confirms the details with you first.
Every visit is at least 2 hours. A small apartment often fits in that; a family villa usually needs longer or a second cleaner, and we suggest the team size when you describe the home.
Ask when you set up a regular booking. We plan the same person on your slot whenever the rota allows, and message you ahead of time if someone else has to come.
Prices and payment
Home cleaning visits are charged per cleaner-hour with a 2-hour minimum: AED 45 for a one-time visit or AED 42 on weekly visits, without materials (AED 52 and AED 49 with materials). Other services use their published packages, units and minimum charges, confirmed in a written quote. A travel fee of AED 15 or AED 30 is added once per visit in Zones B and C, never per cleaner; Zone A has none. No VAT charged. MK Shine is not VAT registered.
You pay after the clean, in cash or by bank transfer. There is no advance payment and no online card payment.
Only in Zones B and C: AED 15 or AED 30 once per visit, however many cleaners come. Zone A has no travel fee.
Changes and cancelling
Free to cancel or move a visit until 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged, and the full price if the team arrives and cannot get in.
Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 58 268 9250.
