What it costs
Free to cancel or move a visit until 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged, and the full price if the team arrives and cannot get in.

Moving a visit to another day follows the same rules as cancelling it.
How to cancel or move a visit
Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 58 268 9250. Tell us the date of the visit and whether you want to cancel it or move it, and we confirm the change in writing.
Paying a cancellation charge
A cancellation charge is paid the same way as a visit: in cash or by bank transfer. We tell you the amount in writing first.
