An hourly visit

What happens when you press Send
- The quote form on our contact page opens WhatsApp with your message already typed. Nothing reaches us until you press Send there.
- We reply with a price and an available slot, and the price is confirmed before anything is booked.
- We agree an arrival window when confirming your booking, and tell you in advance about any significant change.
- Same-day visits are sometimes possible but not guaranteed, so message us as early as you can.
- For services arranged with a specialist provider, we tell you who delivers the service before you book.
After the visit
Tell us within 24 hours if an agreed task was missed. We review the concern and arrange a no-charge correction for eligible items.
What it costs
Hourly visits are AED 42 (weekly) or AED 45 (one-time) per cleaner-hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Deep, sofa, carpet and move-out cleaning have their own starting prices.
