How booking with us works

Booking a visit

Nothing is booked until you confirm a written quote on WhatsApp or by phone.

Tell us your area, the size of your home, the service you need and your preferred day. We reply with a written quote: the team size, the hours or the fixed price, the travel fee and the task list. When you confirm it, the visit is booked and we agree an arrival window with you.

This website does not take bookings or payments. The quote form opens WhatsApp with your details typed in, and nothing reaches us until you press Send.

Prices

Home cleaning visits are charged per cleaner-hour with a 2-hour minimum: AED 45 for a one-time visit or AED 42 on weekly visits, without materials (AED 52 and AED 49 with materials). Other services use their published packages, units and minimum charges, confirmed in a written quote. A travel fee of AED 15 or AED 30 is added once per visit in Zones B and C, never per cleaner; Zone A has none. No VAT charged. MK Shine is not VAT registered.

The price you pay is the price in your confirmed quote. The minimum visit is 2 hours.

Payment

You pay after the clean, in cash or by bank transfer. There is no advance payment and no online card payment.

Cancelling or moving a visit

Free to cancel or move a visit until 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the visit price is charged, and the full price if the team arrives and cannot get in.

Access and preparation

Please make sure the team can get in at the agreed time: someone at home, or a key or gate code you have shared with us. Before the first visit, put away valuables and personal items you do not want moved, and tell us which rooms are off limits or need extra attention.

You choose whether the team brings cleaning materials. The rate with materials is shown in your quote.

Missed tasks and damage

If an agreed task was missed, tell us within 24 hours with details. We review it and arrange a no-charge correction for eligible items.

If anything is damaged during a visit, tell us within 24 hours with photos. We review every case and agree a repair or compensation with you.

Services delivered by partners

Some specialist services, such as AC duct cleaning, pest control, water tank cleaning, marble polishing, laundry, nanny assistance and beauty and spa at home, are delivered by providers we arrange. We tell you who delivers the service before you book.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date below. The terms in place when you confirmed your quote apply to that visit.
